Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight-forwarding addresses.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched from a United States warehouse and typically arrive in 3–8 business days from the day you order. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

That window covers both the time to prepare your order and the time in transit. It is an estimate rather than a guarantee — carriers occasionally run late, and weather and holiday periods can add a few days.

Tracking

You will get an email confirming your order straight away, and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way. If the second email has not arrived within five business days, write to us at support@theheartgem.com and we will find out where it is.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, arrives incorrect, or does not arrive at all, tell us and we will put it right. See our returns policy.
